question about set of PR0 sites

    if several pretty new sites with PR0 exist and they link each to other and no more sites link to them - they will have PR0 forever?

    It depends what you do in addition of your linking strategy... But if you just exchange links between PR0 site, you won't reach PR1 as far as I know
