Hi, I have an affiliate credit card website, which I get commission from Credit-Land for promoting cards. I recently recruited two sub-partners, which they work under me and get paid a faction of the commission they earn for me. Therefore, I will need pay them by checks. Now my question is, when sending checks to sub-partners, do I send them under my name or under my company name? Your responses would be appreciate. Thank you in advance. Jimmy
Well, technically, if you're employing them then it's your responsibility. If the company you work for has nothing to do with your subpartners, then they have no responsibility to pay these person(s) for their work, and, as you recruited them, it is your job to make sure they get paid.
