Resell rights means u have the right to sell the product, correct?
Master resell rights means u have the right to give reseller rights??
When some1 asks u to show proof that u have resell rights, what does that mean?? How does 1 show proof???

Thanks in advance for answering my questions

    Correct.
    Correct.

With some of the older stuff it is hard to prove. A lot of the newer stuff will have a license note in the text. Stuff that includes a site for reselling is usually proof that you purchased it with resale rights. Master rights usually comes with an additional sales page.

As you can see, there is no clear cut answer.

Your contract with the supplier will confirm what rights you have and can be used as proof if needs be

    Yup they sure are.

However, Astaroth was referring more to your invoice/receipt, or whatever else it was you received after paying for the goods - assuming you did pay for them that is! This is also your proof that a contract exists between you and the original seller of the goods, and usually displays the 'goods' that you have purchased - and this in turn should indicate the rights (either directly, or indirectly - like identifying a product code which can be corresponded with the sellers site) sold with that particular product.
