question about refferals product

when I search for referral I got notification as following :

Note: This product is available in 11 countries but not in ( my country registered with adsense ) .

My question is : How can I know the names of these 11 countries which accepted for this referral ?

 

You could try e-mailing google but realistically you just might be out of luck.
