Question about reciprocal links. Please help

    I am trying to suggest my website at the following website: http://www.freeonlinewebhosting.net/sugg...
    I know I'm supposed to put my web address where it says "Link URL", but what do I put where it says "Link Reciprocal URL?
    My site is http://www.gifstop.com

    That is the Url of the page where you have put their link on. It is a link trade (reciprocal).

    I found out I have to put their link on my webpage before they would accept my suggested website. Thanks, Gifstop
