question about PR

    Is it good to do link exchange with websites that have pr7 or over if you site has pr3?

    It is definitely good for you.
    I am not so sure it is also good for them. the page rank should be almost equal in order for both sides to benefit.

    That sounds good. What will be the PR of page where your link will be located? Will it also send you traffic?
