Question about phplb minimum bid

hello,
my pr4 bidding directory has set the minimum bid to $3,
but someone always bid $1 only,
will you cancel or refund the money to the bidders?
i sent email to the bidders for further bid up,
and they asked me to refund,
what will you do?

 

Install the proper version and fix the bugs in your phplb script. (Do backup first)
