I dont see how people can offer offers like 10,000 visitors for $2 ect. If they really were real visitors why do ppl sell it so cheap?
usually this mean that You will get exposures on Paid_To_Promote websites, just bots or pop-unders. Most adequate pricing is $0.01-0.005 per visitor
Those are all useless traffic. The most valuable is if you can get from Search Engines and rest if you can try from some social networking sites like digg, reddit, or SU.
I couldn't agree more. Whats the point of millions of visitors if they do not convert or if they do not stay on your site/blog for longer than a split second? Getting search engine traffic is the best and it takes time. Next is social traffic which is something I have automated for Stumbleupon (SU).
SU, reddit and digg traffic is useful mostly for Your server testing purposes, especially digg also it is very useful if You have really nice resource which were digged or stumbled by someone, not You and Your friends. But if You trying to get conversions on Your "free offer" driving social-bookmarking traffic there - You just spend bandwidth of Your host for nothing
How do other people or stumbleupon/digg know that you and your friends made the stumbles/diggs? Does it make a difference? No, it doesn't. What matters is the resource being linked to and the number of stumbles/diggs. The important thing is that you stumble your good content and give it a boost by getting as many stumbles which will allow it to surface for more people to find. Just a few reasons here why stumbleupon traffic is the best.
yes cheap traffic is generally crap none of it converts anyways. i sell backlinks in blog comments that works ok but its no google search results tho.
Depends on what purpose you want these traffics, some of them good for alexa improvements but not for converting! .
