Question about Paypal's fund transfer to Unverified to Verified account

I have a fund in PayPal and my problem is I can't withdraw it because I don't use CC. Then someone told me to create another PayPal account under my sister's name and use her credit card to verify it and after that I will send all my funds to her PayPal account so that I will be able to withdraw it on her bank account also. I'll do this with her consent and I will register her PayPal account under the same IP address that I'm using.

But some other poster from other forum told me that PayPal might question it since the fund is came from an unverified account(my account).

Is it true that PayPal might question us for this? Do you guys see other problem or issue regarding this?

    Thanks!

How come? I thought they allow 2 account in one IP? And like what I said I don't use Credit Card isn't that a valid reason to send my fund to my sister so that I will be able to withdraw it?

In order for you to be able to send any funds from your account, you must have a bank account attached. So, why aren't you able to just withdraw it to your own bank account?

You may want to check your account limitations...or did you verify with VCC?

Yes you can transfer your unverified account to your sister's verified account, previously I used to do the same method when I was not verified account and one of my he has a verified account and I used to use his account during the transaction. You must be honest so there is no problem if you have any issue like previous suspend, dispute etc that can it may be problem other normally there is no problem.

This is what I need to hear.

Do I need to e-mail them first and tell them about it?

    Thanks!

You don't need a CC to withdraw.

yes it can be dangerous for u...i dont suggest it...i heared people saying that their acount got limited....
i think ur sisters acount will only get limited if u will make transaction from same ip...
paypal will ask u about the verification of transactions and some other issues...
    be careful
