    Hi everyone!

I do not have a company but I am using a Business Paypal Account. Will there be any problem in the future like they will ask me for a proof of company name, company business ... etc ...

If there is a problem w/ that, maybe I will just downgrade my account to Premier account? any comment or suggestion?

    Thank you in advance.

    :)

Even without proof of company registration, you can only withdraw funds from a Business account based on the company's name and you cannot withdraw in your own name.

Of course if there is any dispute, they may requite you to provide invoices and all that which needs to be done in your company's letter head or stationaries.

It is best to downgrade to a Premier account if you do not have a registered business or incorporated company.

I am not sure about your country but most that I know makes it illegal to operate a business using an unregisterd company name.

Log into your account and then use the contact us to take them you want to downgrade to a premier account. It should take a day or so to complete I guess. But since it is the weekend, maybe Monday or tuesday if you submit the request now.

Well, depending on where you are, you could probably go down to your local chamber of commerce and register for a Sole Proprietorship or a Doing Business As (DBA). This way you can use the anonymous name and even get a bank account in that name. That would make this legal for everyone concern.
