I have a verified *Premier* PayPal account with a Credit Card and *US Bank account* attached. Can I receive payments and withdraw to my US Bank account? I've read that "personal" payments as well as commercial payments are being reversed even from non-indian senders. If I receive a paypal payment from a european client, is that considered a 'personal' payment? will it be reversed? Ideally, I'd like to hear from someone who has successfully withdrawn to a US bank account from their Indian PayPal account. Thanks for your comments and advices.
