    i am currently in need of a paypal account but i dont live in one of the approved countries

    is there a way to rent or buy a paypal account from someone?

    Don't create a PP account if its not supported in your country because if it gets limited by any chance you will lose all your money. :eek:

    Agree with Digital_shubhi

    You loose money if paypal limited your account and ask for id and address proof.

    So better stay away from paypal :)

    if it is possible to rent/hire, then why PayPal lists countries.. to be approved?

    Only thing could be worked out if your friend lives in the approved countries , other than that don't create a fake account as paypal catches them easily.
