Hi was going to email them, but you never get a straight answer from them or a plain English answer.

If i rent a dedicated server from a Website and there verified by PayPal and i pay them lets say $200 and then a few days/weeks later find out i was scammed can i dispute the money and get it back?
Basically if i get scammed can i get my money back from a dedicated server?

    Regards

You can dispute it but it isn't guaranteed you will get the money back, although it is likely as they favour the buyer.

Few months back bought shared hosting from one company and paid, after 20-25 days hosting provider gone  so i have raised a dispute against them and in 10 days i got my all money back from that hosting provider. As far as i know paypal support buyer more in compare to seller.

    Yes, you are right.

PayPal can not protect sellers if the shipping address is left blank. And in digital goods, shipping address is not required !! Hence, Majority of buyers win PayPal disputes. I find this reason only. Do anybody has other reasons?
