Question About Paypal?

I just wonder, whether is it possible for money sender to cancel the transaction? although it's 'complete'? And also If it's 'unclear' ?

You cannot cancel a PayPal payment but if the status of the payment is unclaimed and the recipient is not yet being signed up for PayPal your payment would be bounced back to you.

 

thanks for your answer. I am just receiving a payment and it's estimated that it'll be completed in 5 days, the status is unclear, I didn't push the domain because payment was not completed yet.

and another question

If I issue the money back will the transaction be canceled? or I just fund it from my credit card?

 

Since money is not credited in your account,u cannot refund i guess.

Well ya what jimmy guessed is absolutely right, but you can get a money from some other methods like charge back, but still you have to wait for the another person response for it, else it takes some time to clear off.
