Question about paypal chargeback

Hi

i sold a script ($150) and the customer do charge back, the purchased date is on September 26 and i received a chargeback today which is 11/21. The address buyer is confirm. My question its too late to send the products with delivery confirmation? so i can with this charge back?

How would you ship a script to a customer? If it were a physical item, it could be possible but late and in a way lying.

 

hmn..i think we can burn into a cd and ship the cd?


how i am lying? he received the script, also i burn the cd and ship him/her a cd, so i can show the paypal that i did ship the items.

my question is. its late to ship the item now?

I wasn't calling you a lier but what I meant is that if you were to ship the customer "something" that wasn't included in the transaction just to obtain a tracking or delivery confirmation number, that would be lying.

If you were supposed to ship the CD back in September then yeah it would be late but still allowable.

 

you won't win the claim if you don't have a track for the shipping

 

but its eletronic tranfers for sales.he cant provide shipping tracking number to paypal...this is a problem.
