I am starting to build this website that will give a service for a certain price. I am looking for a payment prcoessor that accepts debit card, paypal payments and credit cards. But I don't want to accept those reloadable credit cards people just put cash on. Is there a certain processor that does this? Please help....any ideas Thank you:)

I think google checkout is the best option for you. You should try 2checkout too.

Fastspring.com is great also. Check them out, they are my first choice for 3rd party processors.

    I also recommend 2checkout.com

You have no choice. By Visa/MC regs, you can chose to accept credit or debit, but you cannot decline a card based on the type of card ie: business, rewards, prepaid, etc...

One way you can get around this is to require AVS for a transaction. These cards will return an AVS not available or AVS not supported response when trying to run AVS. You would then decline based on that response.

Depending on your customers this may not work though, because most non-US cards will return the same response. So, if you and your customers are US based, you could probably do this with a merchant account and a payment gateway.
