Hey guys...I really don't usually ask questions about infractions etc but I was like banned for a month due to infractions...

I got 3 points total for this thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=7829200#post7829200

Infraction I'm questioning is "attacking/harassing other members"...
If you read the entire thread, to be honest I was attacked. I don't feel the infraction was just for me to receive, I didn't attack anyone. I simply left feedback/my experience within that thread.

It was a buyer beware and that was all. I didn't attack anybody. I'm not going to go on about it either...for once PayPal actually defended me and I got my money back anyway, so I'm happy, just not happy about the mod's action on it.

Also got an infraction for iTrader abuse? Worth 3 points..I didn't abuse iTrader. If so, how did I? I know it's a general policy that mods don't get involved in iTraders. Both buyer and seller left negative feedback - it was fair..it happens all the time. I have a market forum with 10k+ members...I know what's right and what isn't. I didn't abuse the iTrader system.

This thread will get locked as it should, I just want attention with explanation via PM. I mean, it's pretty obvious I really didn't do anything wrong...

Ideally it's 5-6 points that I received for the same thread.
Posting a buyer beware happens all the time here. I don't care who likes me or not here. I don't care if you don't agree with my decision to get a refund. I didn't do anything wrong here at DP to deserve the infractions, I'm not going to go on about it either...I just want an explanation, because in all honesty I just don't understand what the problem was.

    I've been good.

    1. If you had left a review about why you weren't happy in their sales thread, you probably wouldn't have gotten an infraction for attacking a member. The problem is that you started a new thread specifically to attack a member's reputation - that's what's not allowed, and why a mod gave you an infraction for it. So in the future, remember to keep reviews in the sales thread, and you won't have an issue. And you weren't single out here I assure you - others get infractions for opening these types of threads as well.

    2. For the iTrader, if it was deemed abusive and deleted, I can't view it to tell you the specifics. Perhaps you linked to your buyer beware thread instead of an actual sales thread though - that would be my first guess. Or if the deal was all done privately, and there wasn't a specific sales thread to begin with, then that would have also been deemed abusive, since you can only leave iTrader for threads you participated in with the seller. So if they didn't have a sales thread, you couldn't leave iTrader. Again, can't be certain about that, but that's my best guess.
