Install Google Toolbar and automatically you will see the PR of every link you open.

    Dear Golfpro1,

Google updates page ranking every 3 months, so my page is too new (less than 30 days old) to be ranked. When the value is 0, there is no PR yet. Thank you for your concern,

    Generally - right.
Sometimes you can quickly receive PR at new website when you'll receive link from trusted website, which have high trustPR and both websites are relative one to second.

That is interesting - I did not know that. What is considered a trusted website and what do you consider as relative? For example, if the new website is posted in Yahoo Directory, would that generate a PR?

Not necessarily, an example for a relevant combination would be a new travel website would get a backlink from lonelyplanet or a new cat website one from catster. However, normally the best what you can expect between official pagerank updates is going from n/a to PR0. Google is getting careful when it comes to new sites and doesn't dish out pagerank so easily, SY
