question about Page eCPM

    hello guys

    i wonder to know if ecpm for usa and canada only or all over the world and what the dif. between ecpm and cpm because i cannt stand it when i have amazing traffic not less 250 000 page imp. per day and very love ecpm less than 2$ !!!
