Question about new rules on DP

1. Can I ask in the thread about topic of the sites if it's not written in the main post?

2. Can I add something like - your link up live,waiting for the payment, thanks for the deal etc

3. Sometimes one of the request of the owner of the thread - to post in the thread, otherwise he doesn't answer.
What to do in this case?

when responding to someone's thread, you may not post in the thread to "send more information," "PM me the details," or anything similar. If you are interested and don't have a valid question that applies to everyone else then you must PM the OP.
