Just want to ask if someone here running website for hiring marketplace like monster.com where they can find employer who want use this service ? I think for the first time they have minimum 10.000 database company who on hiring. anybody here can suggest me where i can get that 10.000 database company who on hiring ? thanks guys.
I don't think you can just download a quick database. I think what you will have to do is contact job placement agencies and find a way to entice them to post the jobs on your website. I don't know how that field exactly works, but my guess is that there would be a catch 22. Agencies won't want to post on your website without the needed traffic to actually see their postings... visitors won't visit your site unless there are actually jobs that have been posted. The only way to solve this is usually investing ($$$).

I think you can build a database using screen-scraping tools. That being said, remember that to really strike it rich in any sector you have to add something that wasn't there before. What do you think your site will bring to the world that isn't already being provided by the thousands of job databases out there?
