    Hey everyone,

    Quick question about network monitoring software, I was wondering if I any of you had ever tried programs like that. I have a few different employees that I know are leaving on unauthorized smoke breaks from time to time. This is nothing that I really want to fire them for, but I want to address that leaving for 10-15 minutes adds up.

    I want to be able to strengthen my case with the right software that I am currently considering. Do you feel as though you have to announce that you plan to use this software or do you think that just installing it altogether is going to be better?
