i am currently running a mp3 site http://masdika.com and i know i will be going against google ToS if i got a download link there..

my question is if it's allright for me to put adsense on my website if i remove my download link?

I think you can put ads on your site if you remove the links but how can you promote your product if you remove the link?

im only going to allow my visitor to stream instead of download

 

what about just the home page? just 1 single page and maybe the login area is that also going agains google ToS?

 

the rules in the "program polices" apply to the whole site.if one page violates the rules,your not allowed to put adsense anywhere on the site.
