I think there is no google ads. You are little bit confused by seeing the ads. see clearly, i think with those sites they make affiliate with them.

royc357, that's a parked domain. If you manage to buy the domain versions for keywords that are looked for, then people might type them directly into their browser instead of searching. On a page like that there is a high chance of click, so it makes you money. If you have this type of domains and you don't want to make a real site, then Sedo.com offers parking, but it's not the only one.
