Question about menu content

    My menu is the first thing that comes up when it comes to the content of the pages on my website. Meaning, the exact same stuff comes up every single time i run it through a spider for multiple pages. Will this hurt my ranking?

    There's no reason why it would, they're all internal pages aren't they?

    Yeah, all the pages with the same content are internal..I thought duplicate content would hurt your rating with google?
