Ok I have 2 hosting accounts through godaddy. Both with there own ssl certificates and from what they say separate ips basically. Now if I host my main site on one and 130 sites on the other hosting account. Will that create me 130 backlinks?

Yes, but I think that's not a good idea.

Yeah you will get 130 backlinks from the same IP. Google will look at this and will probably flag it. It doesn't look good, and is definitely not a good idea.

Whats the best way then. I mean there can be 100's of sites on same servers as is through shared hosting accounts.

The issue is not the same IP, but your ownership and what you do with those sites. If you create such a scheme (and really obvious, 130 sites suddenly linking to your one site) it's going to be flagged by Google. There will always be a footprint. Is the time really best invested in "easy links" or ones that have a long-term value? You might find such a scheme works for a few months and then suddenly your rankings plummet. At best, the links are given no value, at worst these 130 sites are de-indexed. If you do go the easy links route, you have to keep in mind that eventually you will (most likely) have a problem.
