For an offer like Go To Meeting, they offer $7 per lead. Does that mean when the person signs up for the 30 day free trial, you will get $7 or will they have to continue on? The also have a sale for $20, which is if the service is bought.. So does 30 day trial = $7? Will you get paid for it?
