Question about keywords on linked pages.

When trying to get my page ranked, will the web crawlers consider keywords and meta tags on my other pages or just my home page that I submitted to them? The page is really nothing but a simple business ad so a lengthy front page is only going to get customers confused. That limits my ability to fill that page with keywords. If I utilize other pages with those keywords, will they be considered for getting the page ranked?

Each page is ranked according to the keywords that are present on that particular page.

So, then, on my site, roadtechusa.com, I really would like to keep the home page fairly clean. I want it to pop up and for customers to immediately realize that we are what they are looking for. I am afraid that cluttering up the page with key words will detract from that. How can I get that page loaded up for the search engines without cluttering the page?

I also think that google base their page ranking on one page.
