Question about Keyword Domains

    I have a list of available keyword domains and I'm little bit :confused: which domains to buy.
    Let's say I have 3 keyword domains with .net /.org and 1 with .com extension and they have good search traffic but different aCPC's, i.e:

    www.firstexample.net - 420.000 local searches/month + $1.26 average CPC;

    www.secondexample.org - 201.000 + $1.14;

    www.thirdexample.net - 90.000 + $2.27

    www.forthexample.com - 60.000 + $0.98

    Do I need to pay attention on average CPC of these keywords ? Does the average CPC have some weight to selecting best keyword domains ?

    Look to the exact match instead of broad match?

    Have a look at first 10 first results on google, if pages are from strong websites and pages optimized for the query or not.

    domeinai, select '[Exact]' for the number of searches with that exact phrase. However, bear in mind that exact-match and keyword-rich domains hold almost no advantage over other domains in Google after the latest Panda update.

    Yes, you should pay attention to aCPC but it's of little importance if you'll resell the domain later on.

    Correct, look at exact and phrase match, not broad. Do not worry about CPC's - if people are spending money
    on these keywords, then they are making money. In the case of the above, money is being spent, so what you
    need to look at is how many searches vs. how much competition in order to rank your keyword. Pick a domain
    name with your keyword in it, preferably a .com, if you cannot find a .com with your exact keyword, then add
    an adjective to the beginning or end of the keyword domain such as "get" or "best" or "fast", etc.

    If you would prefer an exact keyword match domain, move on to .org, then .net

    If you aren't sure on how to search for competition, just pm me and I'll explain further. I hope this helps. :)

    You can check the SEO Competition for kwywords. I mean what it takes for your site to appear in No 1 spot in Google and no. of searches.

    Simple, choose that keyword where you can hit number 1 easily.
