Question about inserting site link in post

Am I allowed to place the link to my blog in a post, or do the rules that apply to signatures, also apply to my site link? I already tried to ask this as a Quick Reply to my first post, but I guess I need to ask it as a new thread.

Yes you can. Just make sure you don't spam. Isn't the signature link enough?
Links in posts are NoFollow. Those in the signature are DoFollow.

 

I'm not allowed to show a signature until 7 days after joining and having at least 10 posts.

Posting your link like that, out of the context won't do any good either.

It doesn't really matter anyway, you can wait a little while before getting links, patience.
