About a year and a half ago I started to build a Hotel Database to provide marketing services to. The database consists of over 4,000 hotels within the U.S. I have names addresses phone numbers contact names, etc. But I do not have direct email. what would be the best method for capturing emails? I cannot Call each of these hotels and ask for them. I built the database by calling each hotel and asking for the appropiate information however, email is what I couldn't get. Any suggestions?
That must of took a long time to do! If you have their website just do webmaster@ That wont get you each individual hotel though. That would be tough to get.
there email should be posted on there website that would probably be the quickest way it will be allot of work any way you do it.
Thanks guys for the Response. Well here is how it all started, After I finished college I got a job at a small hotel supply company that sold towels, shampoos, slippers, etc. to the hotels. Well when I joined the company the owner had a databzse of about 100, my job was to market promote and sell the supplies. well after a year and a half the databse grew from that 100 to over 4,000. After I decided to leave we agreed that I can keep a copy since I built it and I was starting an agemcy that provided marketing in the hospitality/hotel industry.

You may contact a hotel organization that has a hold of all hotel email addresses. You have to explain your intention very well why you need to contact these hotels. Show them your website where you want to market the hotels.
