    Hi,

I recently purchased a .COM domain name, but at the time I set my info as being public. Is it possible to make this information hidden from the public? And if so, how?

    Thanks for any help

You can use "private whois" in your domain registrar. What is your domain registrar??

Domain is registered with 1and1. They seem to think I can't, as it is a .COM domain, which I don't understand...

    Anyone able to help?

1&1 are saying that the .COM can't be made private, although when registering it I was given the chance to make it private but I forgot to select that option... :(
