Question about grouping this group of keywords

    I have a 10k+ keyword list and have finished grouping them. The problem is I'm left with a 500 keyword group. Let's say that it's

    "{city or state} car insurance"

    The thing is I have 500 words, that are similarly grouped because they all have the word car insurance in it. The problem I feel is that adwords like small groups. Is it okay to keep the 1 group with 500 words, or should I break it down and make 500 agroups?

    more adgroups are always better. Use external adwords editor and try the "keyword grouper" feature!
