Just want to ask and il make an example and not use the actual site.

www.domain.com = PR0 ( but lets say iv'e built links for the actual homepage )
www.domain.com/page.php = PR1 ( I havent posted this page anywhere on the internet but I have built links withthe homepage and anchor text)

so why is that? all SUB pages are PR1 apart from the homepage which is a PR0

    Really confused here.

Your subpages have have some stronger backlinks (generally backlink given by some blogger if they like posts, I have many such backlinks). This is my explanation, there may be some other explanation, but I am not sure.

Some times it happens to newly created websites, inner pages gets ranked first (PR) and the domain will follow ;)

If you was building backlinks more harder to your inner page than the domain, then there is nothing to worry about.

I thing u r not talking about the listed domain... for domain may be some PR and its not appeared.. bcz it may be in sand box.. so link from it will pass some ranking....this is normell for new site... once came out from sand box will get actuall PR for hoem and internel.. Now Google ranking ur site...

I wouldn't worry about it. PR is meaningless anyway. Try focusing on what does matter...traffic.
