My website chiqflix.com is finally index on google as the top rank for the term "chiqflix"

But it doesnt show my meta tag description.

Its shows part of my disclaimer on the page.

    "chiqFlix.com
Furthermore I understand that neither chiqFlix.com nor any of its affiliates, partners or subcontractors can be held responsible for the actions of any ...
    chiqflix.com/ - 5k - Cached - Similar pages"

Is there anyway i can get this changed? What can i do?

It seems that google has taken the unwanted disclaimer portion to show along with the site rather than the real description of your site. Just delete the meta tag description, then re-enter the same and upload. Check whether it is in the correct position. Just see what happens. I think you have to fight hard to include the right thing for the google bot to describe your page. Hope it becomes alright soon :D

you mean at the snippet result right google are the one who choose what description to show at SERP.. they decided whats the best description that fit to particular page depends on the content of the page... and yes sometimes they pick meta description...

    this could also help..
