Hay install Google tool bar and you can check the cache status ...if it is not cached then do some posts in twitter and do article submission ..

If you set up a google account and add your site to the Web Master Tools you get info on crawl rates and lots of other good info.

There are several ways to find out
Usually your web log will record down the google bots visit
If you have external web tracking program, it will show as well
or you can also refer to google webmasters tools after adding and verifying your site there.

    ways:

Just type in Site:www.yoursitename.com on Google search bar it will show all your Indexed pages.

To ask Google to add your pages you can follow these steps..
    - Webmaster tools.
    - Article submission on that page.
    - Getting Incoming link for that particular page.
    - Providing Google with Sitemap or robots.txt files and dofollow that page there.

Although there is no magic tool that guarantees the crawl, you can always increase your chances of that crawl in a few ways.

Submit a Sitemap file to Google Webmaster Tools
Make sure you have plenty of links pointing to your site from pages that are already in the Google index.
Build out a real sitemap for users
Make sure you have a search engine friendly site
Increase the crawl rate at Google Webmaster Tools to "Faster"
I am sure there are many other ways to help crawling, but here are just a few good ways to do it.
