Question about google adsense rule

I wanna build a website about music.Download links from rapid and megaupload.Is it illegal ? Plz give me some advices.Thanks

 

If the files that you are linking to are copyrighted and you don't own the copyright then you are breaking the AdSense Terms of Service and your account will be banned.

Nope you can't do that since you are not the copyright holder, I'd also watch out about getting sued yourself if a music exec stumbles upon your site.

 

obviously thats illegal.

 

Although it is illegal as stated by all, i have seen countless sites doing the same. I don't know how they are surviving with adsense with all that illegal stuff.

 

what about sites that display tv shows? Example family guy shows website embeds videos from you tube to your website? Is that illegal for adsense

 

If all download links from rapid and megaupload, how can i choose another service like GG adsense?
