I could ask Google, but I know you guys are quicker!

Every mail I send out, the person is added to my contact list. Where do I turn this off? I have checked all the settings and can't find it, it's now driving me crazy.

I know, that can be annoying.

I don't think there's any way to turn it off. :(

you can't turn it off - you can't create folders i think google wants to mess up every thing in your inbox and then you will be force to use their search to find things in your inbox and that's they want to show you the power of their search

I am looking for a way to turn the feature off too. It will be wonderful if gmail provides us an option.
