Question about getting on the right language website from the US

    Hi people,

    I am trying to login to paypal but I need a button in a foreign language and Paypal keeps diverting me to the US website. (I am in the US).

    What can I do to get into the right website?

    When I try and access the German page it lets me do so, even though I'm in France. You could try using a proxy...

    The problem with a proxy is that I need to login.

    Would it work? Would it be safe?

    If I was in that foreign country, would I certainly get to the same country's website or does it depend on the connection or the computer itself?
