Question about "for sales" threads

    I was banned a little while back for "spamming", by mistake I posted two threads in the "link for sale" forum in the same day. I was wondering if there are any firm rules set out about the number of posts and frequency.

    I know at DN they say you have to wait 24 hours between "for sale" posts in the same forum. I just don't want to mistakenly breach the rules again.

    Actually you were banned because you were using fake signatures on all your posts (after you continued to do it after being warned about it).

    What do you mean by "fake"? I know I was not using the one in my UserCP. When I came to log on it said I was banned for spamming, that is why I thought that.

    If you want to use a signature, you must use it from your UserCP.

    Yeah dude, otherwise that def. is spamming. I absolutely HATE it when there are links in people's posts and not in their signature..
