Question about Filesonic & Wupload

    I uploaded some files to both Filesonic & Wupload. I know for a fact tht both files received downloads. However, neither service has credited me for the downloads, in fact neither service even shows that I had downloads.

    What am I doing wrong? Does the file have to be in a certain format to count? Does it have to be a zip file? Please help!

    HEy go to filesonic.in/user/settings and in Affiliate Information change it to pay per download in payment plan and also in wupload wupload.com/account/settings do the same . :)

    I have them both set at the per download in the payment plan.

    Then the files are not downloaded . GO and check in filesonic file manager for how many downloads you got

    They all show zero downloads. The thing is I know that the files were downloaded because people responded with feedback that was specific to the information provided in the downloads.

    Check if your file is downloaded by downloading it yourself and check the filemanager again to see if it shows the stats. Contact the support . Open a ticket. Everything works fine for me .

    I downloded the files on both wupload and filesonic everything still shows 0 downloads. Do they need to be in a zip? Is there a certain size? My files are just text files with information. They are around 100 kb each. Thanks!

    If you download the files by yourself,they are not counting them,because they are keeping your IP.

    You have to download from a different IP adress.

    Sometimes they don't acknowledge a download if it is coming from the same IP address

    these type of problem occurs when the downloads are done from the suspicious IP or the IP which is almost same as yours. i think the DL has not been counted.

    They need to be more than 1 MB. Filesonic and Wupload pay depend on the size of the files.
