all of us know that putting your ads in an illegal website will make google ban your adsense account

but if now I have a legal website and there is google adsense in all pages , Can I make for example a post that contain illegal or warez linking content like cracks or movies and remove the adsense ads from this post ??

In other words, I have posts that they are legal and posts that they are illegal or contain warez linking , so is it safe to put adsense ads in the legal one and remove it from the illegal one assume that all posts are on the same domain ??

    thanks :)

I don't know, but in adsense policies they write:
"Sites with Google ads may not include or link to:"

Which means sites with google ads somewhere may not include.

    Otherwise they could have written:
"Pages with Google ads may not include or link to:"

so if they wrote sites, it means something different.

No, you cannot place ads in along with illegal content. But, why do you want to place ads with illegal content. Go with legal content.

If google means sites , then I will can't do what I want

If google means only pages , so just not put the ads in the illegal content

No, you cant. If you do it, then google might not ban your account but definately will ban this website

If you have a site with illegal content, I guess you as site owner must be hiding your identity from the law in order to get away with it. Now I can't say for sure how smart the police wherever in the world you're from are, but they could well find the AdSense publisher ID found on your site and ask Google to who it belongs. If they do, I think it's fairly likely Google would pass on your name and details.
