Take a look at your epassporte messages. If you haven't delete it yet. This is the very last message you received. You can get your virtual account Card Verification Number(CVN), Expiration date & Card number(Virtual Accnt. #). Just add those details to your paypal credit/debit card
You cannot use epassporte with paypal, I just tried it today. Maybe it depends on the country of your paypal account?

To add your Visa Virtual Account to paypal Click My Account -> Profile -> Add or Edit Credit Card You can find this on epassaporte message center: Subject: Important Account Information Visa Virtual Card Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXX Expiration Date: 09/20XX CVV2 Number: XXX
If you are from Philippines, you cannot load your paypal account with money through a debit/credit card. However, what you need to do is to add the card in paypal and verify it. Once you done that, just make purchases through paypal, if you do not sufficient balance in your paypal account, the rest would be automatically charged to your credit/debit card. The good thing about Paypal is that you do not need to load the account with money unnecessary. You just do it on the fly.
OK I was able to add epassporte to a new paypal account, but When I tried to purchase something it does not accept the epassporte vcc.
OMG! It's just a lucky day. After using it 3 times on the same day all payments was smooth. Now I can't also use it.
