I'm no expert but I say avoid like the plague. They will most likely be bots or people using autosurfs. They will stay on your site for seconds and they will not actually be interested in what you have on your site. They are not valued visitors.

Don't do it. Never buy traffic. You'd be better off putting a few of your products on eBay to drive traffic to your site. Then if you have good content and products some of the traffic might stick.
