Hi all! If i am an ebay seller and i have 100 sales: Do i have all e-mails of the buyers? If yes ok, if not; Do i have the e-mails of the people that only have feedback? Do i have any e-mails? If not ok, if yes; Can i send all of them (the e-mails that i have) a message? I mean automated message to all. Thank you all in advance!
Chances are you'll get their email, possibly from interacting with them, but especially if they pay with PayPal (unless there are some new eBay privacy features.) But you can't send them an automated message through eBay if that's what you mean. You'd have to load them into some sort of mailing list, which would be illegal (or at least immoral) without their permission. It's possible they could be considered your customer and you could do a customer mailing, but that's pushing it. Depends on the circumstance really.
