    you need to try it first before saying this thing because its disallowed to do that thing and they can catch you easily.

    If you're creating a new account for both ebay and paypal using a different identity i think it should be okay. they won't catch you that easy if you change your IP and clear your cookies as well.

    if you change your identity then you need to move to another city otherwise you wouldn't be able to recieve the shipped items you buy from ebay!
