question about ebay cookies

    is it possible to upload an e bay cookie to a users machine upon entering my web page or do they have to click an e bay link for this only.

    is there a script for this??

    I believe they have to click on an ebay link. It might be against ebay's TOS to upload it when they enter your site.

    I believe a valid cookie only can be sent by the eBay server.

    Cookie stuffing is against the terms at CJ. If you're found cookieing your visitors automatically without them first visiting eBay, your commissions will be reversed & you'll be banned from CJ.

    You could always just make a page where every link goes to eBay, so if a user clicks anything they get a cookie. It's ugly, but it works :D

    Does anyone know exactly how 'cookieing' (I love that word) is detected?

    thats cool i don't want to stuff cookies I'm just looking for more ideas or ways to get the cookies out there??/

    i have been messing around with purchased traffic just for fun.
    anyone have tips to share on how to tweak some clicks from purchased traffic?? I'm guessing that a re direct from my page to ebay will not count??

    anyway...thanks for the help!!
