I assume you're wondering if you should do this or not, right? That's tough to say without more information. If you mean that you place some Javascript code on your site which will display links to other sites in the same little ad network, I might consider it. The links wouldn't be seen by SE's, so they wouldn't hurt your site at all. It would really be a question of if you thinks the links would have any value to your visitors. On the otherhand, if the script is a server side script like php or perl, I would run from this offer as fast as I could. Allowing anyone to inject foriegn code to my server is a recipe for being banned unless you really trust the person pushing the code.
