Do you think a domain that has language symbols is worth equally or more then two Latin(/English) characters? An example would be "poop.com" spelled with Russian letters to look like "роор.com" which would allow domains that are registered (LL.com) to be registered again. The only drawback would be that you need to either paste the domain name in or have a Russian Keyboard handy. Would you purchase a domain with Russian characters that are identical to Latin letters? ---(see poop above.)
This is for appraisals, wrong section. You dont need a russian, greek, or whatever keyboard. You can set the languages by: Windows Vista From the Control Panel (Start -> Control Panel) double click on the 'Regional and Language Options' icon, then 'Keyboards and Languages', then 'Change Keyboard' , then 'Add' within 'Installed Services' under 'Text Services and Input Languages', and then click on 'Russian'or 'Any other language'. To answer your question, maybe no maybe yes. It's too early to say, but i will be keeping my eye out for the golden gems. I already have a few proper IDN's i want, once i get some more funds
It had something to do with Domain Appraisals because this determines the overall price of the domain so I decided to place it in this forum instead of any other, but thank you, I see now this is the incorrect placement. I just need to know if people wouldn't mind paying for a IDN (Internationalized Domain Name) if it looked like an English or Latin domain name, such examples are "poop.com" If they would be willing to pay for such a domain name, would they pay $2.50 or $25.00 because it is quite a good domain name, and such but even so, I don't know.
I understand, if people will buy them for like $20- $50 then you'll stock up and make profit. Good idea. ^-^
