If a surname is being used for some kind of porn business can a person with that surname claim it back sionce it is his surname? Lately I heard of ronaldinho.com were ronaldinho won the domain in court. I know ronaldinho is a famous star but if the the law says any person can clain his surname it should be possible to everyone.

The ronaldinho.com was about the soccer star and there is no doubt about that.

If you registered a domain name with a generic surname, it shouldn't cause any woohaa as long as you to do target specifically to that someone.

However, I wouldn't think it is right to register a surname as domain name and only to use it for porn. Use something more descriptive to your genre so that there is no misunderstanding.
